I come with well over a decade of experience supporting and administering complex IT environments including Linux and Windows platforms.
As a former Systems Administrator for a governmental agency, I managed a variety of enterprise environments and provided critical oversight of Group Policy Objects, Windows Server [versions 2016, 2019 and 2022], Active Directory and all services associated with Microsoft 365.
I bring with me comprehensive experience with Red Hat Enterprise servers and Ubuntu Server. I’m also proficient when it comes to the administration of networking technologies such as DHCP, DNS, VPN and NAS systems.
My hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune and Tanium, combined with my extensive familiarity with service platforms like ServiceNow and SalesForce puts me in an excellent position to support the diverse technical needs of any organization.
I’m an excellent communicator who takes the time to listen and explain to ensure others feel confident. Patience and kindness are qualities I naturally bring to my work. I’m able to handle challenging situations with understanding and professionalism.
